By registering for this conference, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to viruses, and other hazards that may cause injury or sickness, exists in any public space where people are present. By attending the conference, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to viruses or other potential communicable infections and agree not to sue the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, the Resorts World Las Vegas property, Hilton Hotels, nor any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers and you will not attempt to hold any of them liable for any illness or injury.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has taken a number of precautions to minimize risk during this event. If you choose to attend, you’ll follow these standards which are based on the current CDC/State/Resorts World Las Vegas guidelines at the time of registration:

- Indicate social contact comfort level on registration (red/yellow/green).
- Do not travel if you feel sick
- Do not attend if you feel sick
- Use provided PPEs and hand sanitization stations. Mask use is recommended but not currently required).
- Wash your hands or sanitize frequently
- Follow social distancing guidelines and traffic flow signs as applicable to venue and CDC guidelines at the time of the conference.
